The role:

We are currently seeking Data Entry Officers to be based at the Osborne Park Laboratory to work on a full-time or part-time basis.

The main focus of this position is the data entry of patient information into pathology databases by field entry. This requires interpretation of doctor's handwriting and correct spelling and medical terminology. Some telephone customer service is also required.

The successful applicants will:

- Have experience with data field entry in the healthcare industry, preferably in pathology or hospital setting





- Demonstrate a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm with greater than 99% accuracy

- Display excellent verbal communication skills including a professional telephone manner

- Have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures

- Be comfortable taking responsibility for timely and thorough completion of their tasks

- Have a willingness to work within Clinipath Pathology’s core values

- Work well both collaboratively and independently within a small team

In addition, the successful applicants must have the right to work in Australia.

The full time position requires availability to work Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

The part-time position requires availability to work Wednesday to Friday, between 2:00pm and 10:00pm.
