The firm has grown rapidly into a genuine top-tier boutique, led by practitioners with international pedigree and a reputation for handling complex, high-stakes and often cross-border matters. They are now seeking a Senior Associate to join their Commercial Litigation team.

Salary Range and Features of the role:

• $160,000-$180,000 salary, reflecting genuine seniority and specialisation

About the role:

You'll join a Commercial Litigation team working on complex, often cross-border disputes with a genuine commercial, corporate or finance dimension.

• Running commercial litigation and insolvency matters, including breach of contract, shareholder and private equity disputes
• Advising financiers, lenders and corporates on complex, often high-value disputes




• Exposure to cross-border matters spanning multiple jurisdictions
• Working closely with senior practitioners on strategy, with genuine autonomy on your own files
• Using leading-edge legal AI tools as part of day-to-day practice

What you'll bring:

- 5-10 years PAE in commercial litigation, insolvency or a closely related dispute resolution practice
- Robust hands-on litigation experience, including pleadings, evidence, interlocutory steps, court procedure and settlement strategy
- Experience in insolvency, restructuring or complex commercial disputes
- Confidence dealing with clients, counsel and other stakeholders
- Genuine interest in a long-term career path toward partnership
