Must be skilled in the following:
Fast & efficient prep skills
Ability to work well in a team
Able to lead a team
Cook for 200plus in a single Chef line, at a fast pace whilst keeping top quality standards intact
Robust communication
Orders & stock quality control
Creativity towards daily specials
We are looking for someone with a minimum of five years post qualification experience, to help the current head chef lead and create a future for this classic pub. Self controlled and pure food lovers only!
Package includes accommodation and meals, as well as competitive pay rates including overtime and loadings.
The right candidate will be given a one month probation. If all requirements above are met, you can look forward to joining a well treated, managed and family-esque team.
