- Monitor digital lending channels and coordinate responses to incidents, defects and performance issues, helping maintain a reliable customer experience.

- Implement approved system, process and operational improvements within agreed scope, quality and timeframes.

- Coordinate delivery plans, actions, dependencies, risks and issues, escalating matters early when outcomes may be impacted.

- Prepare implementation materials, stakeholder communications and progress reporting, supporting effective delivery and governance.

- Maintain system, process, testing and operational documentation as changes are delivered.

- Coordinate business readiness activities, including testing, training inputs, implementation support and supporting evidence, ensuring teams are prepared for change.

- Build effective relationships across lending, credit, technology,

operations and external partner teams to resolve issues and deliver successful outcomes.

What You'll Bring

- Experience supporting digital platforms, systems, products or technology-enabled business processes.

- Experience coordinating testing activities, such as system, user acceptance (UAT) or regression testing, including documenting outcomes and supporting issue resolution.

- The ability to analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities and help implement practical, customer-focused solutions.

- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate initiatives, manage competing priorities, track actions and deliver outcomes to agreed timeframes.

- An analytical mindset and the ability to investigate issues, interpret information and identify trends or opportunities for improvement.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across business, technology and external partner teams.

- Experience in areas such as business analysis, project coordination, product support, digital delivery, lending operations, testing or continuous improvement will be highly regarded.

- Knowledge of home lending products, processes or customer journeys is beneficial but not essential.
