- $39.00 per hour + casual loading + superannuation + Salary Packaging + $1.11 per Km
- Casual position, flexible days Monday to Friday

This is an exciting chance for an Allied Health Assistant to join our Home Care team! This role involves implementing allied health programs designed by our team of physiotherapists and occupational therapists. You will support clients to achieve their goals for health and wellbeing and to remain independent. This will involve facilitation and delivery of in-home sessions as well as group programs.

Day to day this role looks like:

- Providing service delivery as per clients care plan within relevant Model of Care including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and other disciplines
- Facilitating and supporting in home and/or group activities & programs, eg- health and wellness exercise program
- Managing time effectively to ensure all services are delivered as outlinedSupporting client goals through intervention outlined in Care Plan
