We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join this successful company that services mining, construction and heavy industry.

Based in Canning Vale, this is an office-based role working 20 to 25 hours per week and would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on finance position and is confident managing accounts receivable, credit control and customer collections.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor outstanding debtor accounts & following up outstanding invoices via phone and email
- Reconciling accounts & solving discrepancies where required
- Running reports to manage & allocate any unallocated payments
- Assisting with on boarding new clients & conducting credit checks
About You
We're looking for someone who is experienced, organised and confident across accounts receivable.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in AR
- Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers on the phone
- Experience using accounting software MYOB EXO if possible
