CGC Recruitment is seeking a BIM Coordinator – Mechanical Building Services to join a leading Tier 1 engineering consultancy in Perth CBD. You will coordinate BIM deliverables across projects, ensuring standards are maintained and design teams work efficiently on healthcare, airport, and defence developments.

The ideal candidate has 7–8 years in BIM Coordination within building services, robust Revit and BIM 360 skills, and the ability to work autonomously while guiding stakeholders.
