Territory Manager | Medical Devices | Melbourne

Are you a successful medical device salesperson ready to take the next step toward sales leadership ? We’re partnering with a global medical device organisation to appoint an experienced Territory Manager to their Victorian team.

This is more than an individual sales role.

You’ll own and grow a hospital territory while also playing a key role in mentoring and supporting the wider sales team — an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress toward future Sales Management.

The opportunity:

- Develop and execute a strategic Territory Sales Plan
- Identify and convert competitor-held hospital accounts
- Grow existing customers through cross-selling and increased product adoption
- Build relationships with surgeons, KOLs and hospital decision-makers
- Mentor and support Sales Representatives across the territory
- Coordinate case coverage,



clinical education and customer workshops
- Manage forecasting, pipeline and territory performance
- Work closely with internal commercial and operational teams

What we’re looking for:

You’ll ideally bring 3–5+ years of successful medical device sales experience , particularly within:

You’ll have a proven ability to grow territory revenue, win new business and develop strong relationships within hospitals and the medical profession.

Previous coaching, mentoring or informal leadership experience would be highly regarded.

A genuine chance to combine hands-on territory ownership with increased leadership responsibility and build toward future Sales Management .
