Brisbane, QLD | Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager to join a well-established commercial fit-out business in Brisbane.

The role sits at the front end of projects, working across sales, design, estimating and pre-construction before handing projects over to the delivery Project Manager.

- Projects typically ranging from $500k to $5m+

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects through design and pre-construction
- Work closely with clients to develop scope, budgets and timelines
- Coordinate designers, consultants and internal stakeholders
- Review drawings, specifications and constructability
- Work with estimating on budgets,



tenders and cost planning
- Identify risks, design issues and project constraints early
- Support sales through the early stages of project opportunities
- Manage project handover into the delivery team

About You

- Experience in commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience across design coordination and pre-construction
- Good commercial and cost awareness
- Ability to interpret drawings and project documentation
- Solid communication and organisational skills

Experience as a Project Manager, Pre-Construction Manager, Design Manager, Estimator or Senior Contracts Administrator would be highly regarded.
