Randstad Australia, partnering with a luxury apartment development company on the Gold Coast, is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the team.

You will manage subcontract packages, procurement, cost control, contract administration, variations, and monthly reporting on large-scale residential and mixed-use projects, ensuring budgets and milestones are achieved.

Full Australian working rights and a hands-on, team-oriented approach are essential to succeed in this role.
