- · 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Test Leadership, or Test Management roles.
- · Proven experience supporting large-scale platform transformation, engineering modernisation, or migration programs.
- · Strong expertise in GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps platforms, cloud-native applications, and Platform Engineering practices.
- · Experience with SCM and CI/CD platform migrations.
- · Strong API, integration, automation, end-to-end, and non-functional testing expertise.
- · Experience working within Agile, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and DevSecOps delivery models.
- · Knowledge of cloud security concepts, code scanning, dependency scanning, secrets detection, and security control validation.
- · Robust stakeholder management, vendor coordination, risk management, and executive communication skills.
- · Proven experience leading geographically distributed teams and driving quality-focused decision-making.
