The role manages owner contracts, subcontractor agreements, lien waivers, insurance compliance, and related contract-risk processes while collaborating with Operations, Project Management, Accounting, Risk Management, and legal counsel.
This position reports to the Derwent, Ohio office with a Monday–Friday schedule.
