Job Description
Belgravia Leisure is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to lead the hospitality operations at the East Fremantle Community Park, a current landmark venue with a bar, cafe, function centre, fitness facilities, and outdoor greens in East Fremantle.
You will report to the Head Chef, oversee kitchen operations, mentor a diverse team, and drive food quality, costing, and presentation while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards in a high-volume environment.
