12-hour shifts, Thursday to Wednesday

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced End User Desktop Support Specialist to provide onsite IT support in a remote site environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide onsite Level 1 IT and desktop support, including laptop builds and troubleshooting.
- Support hardware, applications, unified communications and guest networks.
- Troubleshoot desktop and application issues and provide face-to-face support to end users.
- Manage incidents and service requests through to resolution.
- Perform daily meeting room diagnostic checks.
- Coordinate printer maintenance, consumables and hardware repairs with vendors.
- Manage hardware failures, replacement parts and physical installation.
- Maintain IT asset and equipment records.




- Provide regular updates to users and work closely with Service Desk and resolver teams.
- Perform other IT support duties as required.

About You

- Experience in desktop, service desk or onsite IT support.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and applications.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a site setting.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a FIFO roster.
- Strong incident and service request management skills.
- Service Desk/ticketing experience preferred.
