License & Scale is seeking a Client Success Manager to own a remote Australia-based client portfolio and work Australian hours. You’ll onboard clients, perform regular check-ins, and guide them toward their goals.

You will spot risk early, drive retention and renewals, and identify upsell opportunities while ensuring the CRM remains clean and up to date. Close collaboration with sales, delivery, and ops is essential to rapid issue resolution.
