Benetas in Hawthorn East is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People, Culture and Diversity Department on a full time basis until October 2027. You will recruit across corporate roles (Marketing, IT, Finance, Contact Centre) and volume hiring for Care Workers and Nurses, without fixed portfolios, while building strong partnerships with hiring managers on site.

Our team of 3 TA Advisors, supported by a TA Manager, uses PageUp ATS/CRM to source, manage pre-employment
