Cricket NSW is seeking a People skilled to lead the employee experience for our casual workforce delivering community cricket programs. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training and retention initiatives to elevate the casuals experience across NSW.

You'll work in a collaborative, values-driven environment, driving adoption of new rostering systems and partnering with the People Team on key projects, while ensuring compliance with fairness
