Command Healthcare is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Nursing Recruiter to join our Sydney CBD team.

We are seeking a recruiter with 3–5+ years’ experience , ideally within healthcare, nursing, aged care, disability, community or allied health, who also has a robust interest in Business Development and client relationship management .

About the role

You will manage end-to-end recruitment while helping grow our healthcare client portfolio.

- Source, screen and interview healthcare professionals.
- Manage candidate relationships and placements.
- Build and develop new and existing client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and support BD activities .
- Conduct client meetings and recruitment briefings.
- Manage references, compliance and onboarding.
- Recruit across permanent, temporary, contract and casual roles.

About you





- 3–5+ years’ recruitment experience .
- Healthcare or nursing recruitment experience highly desirable.
- Experience in Business Development, client acquisition or account management .
- Strong knowledge of the Australian healthcare market.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a growing team.
