About the Role
You’ll work with a diverse client base, providing high quality physiotherapy services across the local community.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing physiotherapy assessments, treatment and rehabilitation
- Supporting clients to improve mobility, independence and quality of life
- Working across Aged Care and Community environments
- Developing individualised treatment and care plans
- Working closely with families, support workers and multidisciplinary teams
- Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Maintaining high standards of clinical documentation and evidence-based practice
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

About You





You’re an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys building relationships, working independently and seeing the direct impact of your work.
You’ll bring:

- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Relevant Physiotherapy qualifications
- Authorisation to work in Australia
- Experience across Aged Care, Community, NDIS or a similar setting
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- A client focused and compassionate approach
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to build rapport with clients quickly
- A current Victorian Driver’s License and access to your own vehicle
