Alignerr is seeking a Computer Engineering - AI Data Trainer to design advanced engineering challenges and author rigorous ground-truth solutions for AI training. You’ll audit AI-generated code and hardware designs, and provide structured feedback to improve model reasoning.

Remote role offering flexible schedule (10–40 hours/week) and competitive hourly compensation. Masters or PhD in a hardware-focused field is preferred, with no required AI experience.
