The Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria is seeking a dedicated Lead for a family violence practice focused on male victims across Victoria, based in central Melbourne. You will guide helpline staff, assess risk, plan safety and provide timely support to victims.

As a senior leader, you will develop tailored safety plans, oversee referrals, improve data use and service responses, and coach staff to strengthen practice and outcomes.
