Sonder is hiring a Counsellor based in Western Australia to provide six online therapy sessions daily within a stepped care model. You will support adults from diverse backgrounds, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

This permanent role requires at least four days per week, with Saturdays included in the regular schedule. You will be joining a rapid-paced, supportive environment that emphasizes real-world impact, ongoing supervision, and flexible hybrid
