About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and service-oriented skilled to join the Academic Program Innovation unit and provide general administrative and operational support to the Curriculum and Accreditation team.

As the Curriculum and Accreditation Specialist, you will facilitate course accreditation activities, records management, quality assurance processes and curriculum reporting for accreditation. You will be responsible for secretarial duties for academic committees and provide advice to academic staff on University policies and procedures that relate to curriculum development, course accreditation and quality assurance.

You will work collaboratively with academic and professional staff and be responsible for driving high standards of service to stakeholders.

About You

- Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy and exercise sound problem solving and judgement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey and elicit information effectively and to develop cooperative working relationships with diverse stakeholders both internal and external.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and to prepare detailed reports using excel.
- Demonstrated ability to use a variety of software, including high productivity with MS Office Suite. Experience with Student One, Power BI and databases would be highly valued.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Higher Education sector and tertiary work environment is preferred.

- A degree or advanced diploma with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
