Employment Type: Full time temporary chance (until 30 June 2027 - with possibility of extension)

Renumeration: $79,419.00 – $122,465.00 per annum, pro rata (+ super +17.5% leave loading where applicable)
Hours Per Week: up to 38

What You’ll Be Doing
Using innovative, evidence-based skills,
as the MyStep to Mental Wellbeing Clinician, you’ll provide recovery‑focused support to people presenting with mental health challenges.
You Will
- Conduct comprehensive mental health and risk assessments and develop personalised care plans.
- Deliver evidence‑based therapeutic interventions including CBT, ACT, DBT and solution‑focused approaches.
- Work collaboratively through intake, case conferencing, joint sessions, allied health and community services.
- Manage and elevate risks to ensure consumer safety.
- Provide adaptable support via face‑to‑face, telehealth and outreach across the region.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and required data reporting (PMHC‑MDS).
Your contribution as a healthcare skilled will have a meaningful and positive impact, which is felt at a community level.
Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria
- Current Australian recognized qualification as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Counsellor with PACFA membership and hold current professional registration with AHPRA or membership of the relevant professional body
- NSW Working with Children Check
- Compliance with Category A immunisations
- Current Australian working rights for duration of this contract
