Sheraton Hotels & Resorts on the Gold Coast is seeking a Front Office Manager to assist the Front Office Manager in supervising daily operations across Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard and Guest Services/Front Desk. The role focuses on ensuring productive check-in/check-out, guest satisfaction, and adherence to financial targets.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant guest services or front desk experience; or a 2-year hospitality/related degree.
