Position Profile and Role

We are currently seeking Clinical Nurses to join our team.

As part of a multidisciplinary team provides clinical and professional expertise to ensure comprehensive evidence based nursing care is delivered to patients, as well as facilitates and promotes patient safety and quality of care. The Clinical Nurse practices within their scope of practice considerate of the Nursing and Midwifery Board’s Nursing Practice Decision Flowchart.

This recruitment process offers Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time, Fixed Term Full Time, and Fixed Term Part Time appointments. Fixed Term appointment will be made with the possibility of extensions and/or permanency.

We currently have 2.20 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) available.

Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH)

Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is an 863-bed tertiary and quaternary hospital providing a broad range of specialised healthcare services. These include the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, dedicated mental health facilities, maternity, paediatric and neonatal care, as well as the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers highly specialised treatments such as heart and lung transplantation and hyperbaric medicine.

Adjacent to the hospital, the FSH Medihotel operates within the Aegis Health Building and provides an innovative extension of FSH healthcare services, operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
