Role Description The Strata Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Miranda, NSW, with some flexibility to work from home. The Strata Manager will oversee day-to-day strata operations, including coordinating maintenance and repairs, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and managing strata budgets and levies. The role involves liaising with owners, residents, contractors, and committees, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and by-laws. The Strata Manager will also maintain accurate records, prepare reports,



and support the implementation of policies and procedures that promote efficient and transparent management of each scheme.

Qualifications

- Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with owners, committees, residents, and service providers.
- Organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple schemes, deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Knowledge of strata legislation, property management practices, and compliance requirements in NSW, or willingness to develop this expertise.
- Proficiency with office software, strata management systems, and basic budgeting and financial reporting.
- Relevant experience in strata, property, or real estate management is highly desirable, along with a customer-focused approach.
- Certificate or license in strata/community management (or eligibility/willingness to obtain), and a high level of professional ethics and integrity.
