We are seeking a Claims Manager to join Suncorp Group on a six-month fixed-term, full-time contract, based in Newcastle. The role offers a 50-50 hybrid work arrangement and training period requires full time office presence for the first 4 weeks.
As the primary contact for customers with property loss or damage, you will manage claims end-to-end, liaise with assessors and vendors, explain policy entitlements, and ensure delivery of service excellence while meeting key business metrics.
