The City of Gold Coast is seeking a Cost Assurance Lead to oversee cost assurance across the project lifecycle for major infrastructure. You will conduct independent reviews, assess estimates against scope and market conditions, and establish governance and best-practice processes.
Lead a team of estimators, mentor staff, collaborate with project delivery, engineering, procurement, and finance, and drive cost certainty and value for money across the city's capital works program.
