Vertiv is seeking a Field Service Technician to execute maintenance servicing of Vertiv equipment, including commissioning and after-hours service, in line with the Service Operations Manager and Thermal Supervisor directions.
You will plan visits, record hours and calls using digital reporting tools, complete Field Service Reports, and maintain qualified relationships with customers while keeping up with Vertiv technologies and safety standards.
