We're Very Lucky Ventures (VLV) - we partner with founder-led financial advice firms across Australia doing $2M-$10M+ in revenue, who are looking to scale. We help by building the team, tech and process that differentiate them from the old-era of financial advice.

The role

- Supporting a Senior/Lead Adviser across the full client journey - prep, research, strategy, implementation
- Real exposure to complex advice, not just admin and diary management
- A clear runway toward full authorisation
- Sydney and Melbourne-based, with firms that actually invest in tech (not spreadsheets held together with hope)

What you'll bring

- FASEA-compliant degree, completed or close to it
- Skilled Year underway or completed
- 1+ years in a financial planning support role - Associate, Client Services, or Paraplanning




- Genuine curiosity about advice, not just chasing the letters after your name

Not for you if

- You want to coast - these firms move fast and expect you to keep up
- You're chasing a full book straight away - this is the step before that, not a shortcut around it
