Belgravia Leisure is seeking an Aquatic Operations Coordinator for our Bendigo venue. You will coordinate daily operations with emphasis on safety and high-quality service, leading Duty Managers and Lifeguards while managing hazards and ensuring compliance.
The role is a seasonal venue from November to April, requiring flexibility to cover mornings, evenings and weekend shifts. Robust leadership and WH&S; knowledge are essential.
