Australian Red Cross Lifeblood seeks a Session Leader at the Marion Donor Centre in South Australia. You will provide day-to-day operational leadership, ensuring a safe, efficient end-to-end donation experience and uphold high safety and quality standards.

You will coach and develop your team, translate strategy into transparent actions, and drive improvements in donor care and operations. Flexibility to work 63 hours per fortnight across a rotating roster, Monday to Sunday, is required.
