About the role

This is a senior position suited to an experienced estates litigator who enjoys complex legal work, strong client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers. You will work on a substantial portfolio of contested estates matters and collaborate closely with recognised leaders in the Wills & Estates field.

Key responsibilities

- Manage a substantial portfolio of estates matters including litigation, probate and administration
- Appear in court, mediations and settlement conferences
- Work alongside Accredited Specialists and senior leaders




- Contribute to business development and team growth

- Strong commercial judgement and client management skills
- The ability to manage a busy practice autonomously
- Excellent drafting, advocacy and negotiation skills

- Accredited Specialist status in Wills & Estates Law will be highly regarded
