Workskil Australia is seeking a Youth Job Coach to provide intensive, person-centred case management and mentorship to around 50 Transition to Work participants aged 15-24. The role includes direct employer marketing, individual support and leading group job search sessions to boost placements and progression.

You will conduct detailed assessments, set goals, stabilize non-vocational issues, and refer to services to help young people secure sustainable work or return to education.
