Harris Farm is seeking a Strategic Head of WHS & Injury Management to drive safety strategy across 30+ stores and multiple sites in NSW, ACT and QLD. You will report to the Group Head of Risk, Safety and Food Safety and guide a team of Safety Partners and Injury Support Officers to protect 3,600+ Harris Farmers.

You will build a culture where safety is owned at all levels, manage the budget and report safety's financial impact, and collaborate with executives to ensure secure, compliant operations
