HEST A is seeking a Legal Counsel (Disputes and Regulatory Matters) for a newly created 12 month maximum term contract. You will support regulator engagements, disputes, and management of external counsel to deliver high-quality legal services for regulatory matters and litigation.
The role requires Australian admission with 4+ years PQE, handling regulator notices, disputes, and multi-stakeholder collaboration, including policy work and data retention practices.
