A public sector organisation is undertaking a significant, multi-year business transformation - redesigning its operating model and modernising core systems across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Azure.

They're seeking a Power Platform Program Lead to provide senior, hands-on technical leadership across the program. This is a genuinely hands-on role for someone who wants to build and assure solutions directly, while still holding enterprise-level accountability for how it all fits together.

Based in Melbourne (hybrid, onsite requirement), reporting to the Enterprise and Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, configuration and implementation of Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Azure solutions
- Own technical design integrity of dual-write between Dynamics 365 F&O; and Dataverse
- Provide specialist Dataverse modelling input into entity design, security roles and downstream impacts




- Guide build of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Dynamics 365 capabilities
- Own ALM practices - workplace promotion, source control, DevOps
- Quality assure the systems integrator's developer output and mentor internal staff

About You

- Senior technical leadership experience delivering enterprise solutions across Power Platform, M365, Dynamics 365 and Azure
- Strong Dataverse capability (data modelling, security roles, relationships)
- Strong grasp of platform governance, environment strategy, DevOps and ALM
- Tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science/related field, or equivalent experience
- PL-600, PL-200 desirable; MB-700 an advantage
