TESS Search Partners is leading the search for Perfection Fresh’s next Senior HR Business Partner, joining the business at an important stage in the evolution of its people function. Since 1978, the business has grown to become a market leader in fresh produce, growing, packing and marketing products across Australia and internationally. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Senior HR Business Partner will be an important part of that evolution, working closely with senior, operational and commercial leaders across a complex, fast-moving organisation.

Through contemporary people initiatives, coaching and trusted advice, you will support the business to strengthen leadership capability, drive performance outcomes, embed accountability and create an setting where people can thrive and deliver their best work.

The opportunity extends beyond traditional HR partnering. You will contribute across people strategy,



organisational capability, workforce planning, leadership development, performance and employee and industrial relations, while helping to shape a more contemporary and commercially focused HR service.

You will also leverage data and analytics to evaluate strategic direction and use technology, automation and continuous systems improvement to streamline compliance and enable the HR function to deliver greater efficiency, return on investment and strategic value.

You will be an experienced Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager who can think strategically while remaining connected to the operational realities of the business.

- Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain or another complex operational environment
- Contemporary thinking across leadership, performance and organisational capability
- Sound employee and industrial relations capability
- Confidence using data and insights to influence decisions and priorities
- A practical, collaborative style with the confidence to constructively challenge and influence
