Lead a major enterprise transformation

ComfortDelGro Australia is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Lead to lead the business side delivery of a significant SAP implementation across our Australian operations, including A2B Australia.

Working closely with our Executive Leadership Team, Finance leaders, business subject matter experts, technology teams and implementation partner ABeam Consulting, you will provide the leadership, governance and coordination required to deliver this complex transformation successfully.

About the role

As the primary coordination point between the business, ABeam Consulting and ComfortDelGro Group, you will:

- Lead the day-to-day business delivery of the SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Develop and maintain an integrated project plan across all business and technical workstreams
- Drive project milestones, dependencies, decisions and corrective actions
- Establish strong governance across scope, budget, risk, quality and business readiness
- Coordinate senior business stakeholders, process owners and subject matter experts
- Lead the business approach to process design, data migration, testing, training and cutover
- Manage implementation partner deliverables, Statements of Work and change requests
- Provide transparent, concise reporting and recommendations to the Executive Sponsor and Steering Committee
- Align the Australian implementation with ComfortDelGro Group standards while addressing legitimate Australian business and regulatory requirements.

About you

You are an accomplished ERP or enterprise transformation leader with the credibility and experience to work effectively across executive,



business, technology and vendor stakeholder groups.

You will bring:

- Significant experience leading large scale ERP or enterprise transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and the full project lifecycle
- Experience delivering Finance transformation, ERP Finance or financial systems programs
- Demonstrated success managing implementation partners and complex vendor relationships
- Strong project governance, risk management, commercial and change-control capability
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive timely decisions within a matrix environment
- Excellent executive-level communication, reporting and presentation skills.

Previous SAP S/4HANA implementation experience will be highly regarded, along with knowledge of SAP FI/CO, SAP Activate, cloud environments and integrations with non-SAP applications. Experience across multinational, multi entity or asset intensive organisations will also be advantageous.
