McDonald’s Australia is seeking an Employee Relations Partner - Workplace Investigations on a fixed-term basis through October 2027. The role sits in the Global Labor and Employment Team within Global Legal, partnering with Legal, HR, and Operations across Australia and New Zealand to drive culture change and robust investigations.
You will conduct workplace misconduct investigations across a range of cases and contribute to improving processes in a quick-paced environment with a recognised
