HESTA in Melbourne is seeking a senior governance skilled for a 12‑month contract to assess our governance framework against best practice and regulatory expectations, then design an uplift spanning Board and Committee governance, delegations, policies and reporting.

You will develop a skills matrix, create tools and templates for ongoing governance improvement, interpret evolving prudential requirements, and provide high‑level governance advice and QA on Board materials.
