NAB is seeking a dedicated Customer Advisor to support our Waurn Ponds branch and travel to nearby Geelong branches as needed. This full-time role covers planned and unplanned leave with mileage paid, requiring a valid licence and reliable transport.

You will be the frontline contact for customers, helping with account openings, unsecured lending, and typical banking transactions while promoting self-service and digital banking tools to enhance a easy, secure customer experience.
