Job Description

ORDE Financial is seeking a Senior Customer Assist Officer in Melbourne to manage late-stage arrears, Mortgagee in Possession (MIP) matters and complex customer accounts across a diversified loan portfolio. The role emphasizes skilled recovery activity, governance, and collaboration with solicitors, agents and internal teams.

You will handle high-risk cases with care and ensure accurate documentation, while supporting coaching and onboarding for new staff.
