The Role

n

Our Bald Hill Mining Operations are looking to hear from experienced MEM Supervisors. These roles are 2:1 (7d,7n,7x) roster from Perth.

n

As a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, you will shape our workshop, lead continuous improvement, and manage a team of technicians to ensure safe and efficient use of resources. Your commitment to safety will be key to maintaining our robust safety culture and achieving high standards

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Identify and fix defects to ensure mobile equipment operates effectively.
n
- Lead and support your team to deliver work on time and within budget.
n
- Monitor team performance, providing training, mentoring, and coaching as needed.
n
- Use a CMMS to develop and manage maintenance plans for greater efficiency.
n
- Review plans and reports to drive continuous improvement.
n
- Work with stakeholders to adjust work scopes as required.
n
- Help develop and standardise maintenance systems and procedures.
n
- Plan and coordinate daily and weekly mobile maintenance activities, overcoming technical and logistical challenges.
n




- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all work complies with statutory and safety regulations.
n

What you'll bring to the team

n

n
- Relevant trade qualification coupled with significant hands‐on management experience
n
- Experience on large Mobile Plant equipment, including drills, would be highly regarded
n
- Schedule 26 including DMIRS exam completed
n
- Experience managing HME planned maintenance and breakdowns
n
- High degree of computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Excel and database management systems
n
- Significant demonstrated leadership which supports a high-performance culture
n
- Strong experience in mobile equipment maintenance and development of equipment performance strategies
