Job Description

Each is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join the Support at Home program in Port Macquarie. The role is casual with flexible schedule, including school-friendly shifts, and requires a minimum Cert III in Aged Care. You will provide tailored in-home support to help older adults stay independent.

You will deliver personalized support, follow care plans, assist with transport, and offer companionship. The role offers travel between clients, travel reimbursements, and Not-for-Profit salary
