Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) is seeking a Regional Volunteer Development Trainer to support and deliver competency-based training, skills maintenance, and rebuild unit training capability across a diverse geographic region.

The role requires frequent regional travel, overnight stays, and weeknight/weekend delivery to engage with units. The successful candidate will uphold high qualified standards and ensure compliant training records while collaborating with key VICSES leaders.
