IHG Hotels & Resorts in Australia is seeking a Sous Chef to lead morning kitchen operations for our Riverside Restaurant and In Room Dining, ensuring quality across breakfast and lunch support. You will mentor a diverse team, uphold HACCP standards, manage inventory and rostering, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development.

Availability mornings on rotating rosters including weekends is essential.
