- Perform repairs or preventive maintenance on our products at our various customers' sites
n
- Participate in the training of service technicians, and when required, technical personnel in the hospitals
n
- Handle customer service requests, including complaints. (Process, tools and documentation)
n
- Process orders received for parts or service for Umano Medical products
n
- Follow up with the customer from request entry to completed repair, to customer satisfaction
n
- Follow up on the documentation of all service cases or service requests
n
- Ensure that the engineering department is informed of all relevant issues and information received from customers regarding products
n
- Collaborate with other departments in different projects (in reference to the after-sales service)
n
- Collaborate in the implementation, updating and respect of the different instructions and procedures
n




- Support the customer relations manager in planning the work of the technicians and service clerks
n
- Support technicians, service clerks and subcontractors at the technical level
n
- Follow up and analyze the parts inventory Life at Umano Medical

Requirements

n

n
- DEC or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or any combination of relevant experience and training
n
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
n
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
n
- Experience in after-sales service or customer support
n
- Hands-on experience in product repair and technical support
n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
n
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
n
