The Role:

As a Level 2 Officer, you'll be at the forefront of their IT support team, assisting their clients with their day-to-day technical needs.

Your responsibilities include:

- Providing first and second level technical support to end-users.
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT-related queries and issues.
- Documenting and tracking support requests.
- Collaborating with the IT team to find solutions.
- Office 365 – Exchange – INTUNE – Conditional access – sharepoint administration
- AD
- Networking – Layer 2 -3 - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Wireless
- Windows Server – Hyper-V and VMWARE
- Onsite MGMT – installs – setups
- Assist Level 1




- MSP experience is a must
- 3CX nice to have
- Fortinet skills nice to have
- Can do attitude
- Ideally using Connectwise PSA – screen connect
- Your skills:

- A strong customer focus and a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Office 365 and Windows AD.
- Excellent communication and professional phone manners.
- The ability to prioritize tasks to meet SLAs.
- A desire to learn and grow into more senior roles.
- Strong documentation and independent work skills.
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm
- Candidates must be permanent residents or citizens.
